Senior Sales Executive

We are currently looking to fill the role of a Senior Sales Executive selling b2b delegate positions for our international conferences as well as managing a team of Junior Sales Executives.


We provide excellent opportunities for motivated, strong, ambitious and results-driven individuals and invite you to join our ever growing international Conference Sales team.  As a Senior sales Executive, you will be working with senior level executives from the list of our partners which includes multinational companies across the globe such as BMW, Bayer Pharma, Coca Cola, NH Hotels, among many others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Junior Sales Executives.
  • Contacting new business clients via the telephone to secure paid registration for delegates attending our conferences
  • Contacting established clients for new events to get repeat business and build good relationships for future business
  • Promptly securing payments from our clients and maximizing conferences revenues
  • Meeting personal and team targets
  • Co-operating with the sales manager and production team to ensure the success of our future events
  • Conducting internet based research to gain market leads and acquire market knowledge

Requirements

  • One year working experience in a similar field.
  • Eligible to work in the Czech republic
  • Fluent in Written & Spoken English (other languages is a plus)
  • Passionate about Selling
  • Highly Motivated and hard worker
  • Confident and Articulate Communicator

  • Excellent communication and time management skills proactive
  • The urge to constantly learn and develop their skills
